PCS founder is Dr Paul Shipton who has had over 20 of experience in plastic product development plastic materials manufacture and technical service. For over 11 years he was the Ticona UK Ltd Technical Manager based at the Telford Manufacturing plant. He has also held the position of Head of Plastics and Processing Technology at Rapra Technology Ltd
